Hi there, Friends! My name is Katherine Klemm. After many years as a Special Education teacher, I am excited to return to piano teaching. I began playing the piano at the age of five and started playing for my church when I was twelve. I attended Tennessee Temple University via a piano scholarship. During college, I studied under Mrs. Ellen Hermann, who received her training at the Chicago Conservatory of Music. After earning a B.S. in English with a Minor in Piano Performance at the University of Southern Mississippi, I joined the Gulf Coast Music Teachers Association and taught at Mississippi Music Studios in Biloxi, Mississippi. During my career, I have accompanied for university choirs, vocal musicians, and many churches. I have also taught private lessons in my home studio, and taught as an elementary music teacher, including choir and musical plays.
I am currently offering lessons in my Home Piano Studio, located in Palm Bay, Florida on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS.
I provide piano lessons for beginners of all ages. I also provide customized instruction for intermediate level students (ex: classical instruction, pop music, worship music, lead sheets and chord charts).
